Job Overview

We are seeking a BIM Modeler to join our team in Singapore to manage Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) coordination drawings, ensure accuracy of shop-drawings, and support M&E project teams throughout the submission and coordination process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed coordination drawings for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Review individual M&E shop-drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update the M&E shop-drawing list systematically.
• Assist M&E project teams during the shop-drawing submission process.
• Perform clash detection exercises and resolve conflicts within models.
• Oversee model management and administrative duties relating to BIM models.
• Manage approvals concerning BIM content development specific to the project.
• Collaborate closely with coordinators to support work coordination activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a BIM Certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience functioning as a BIM Modeler.
• Demonstrated practical experience using BIM tools for planning, scheduling, and design tasks.
• Proficient use of Revit MEP software.
• Formal BIM training and certification completed.
