Role Overview

The Central Operations Head will spearhead strategic and operational leadership across key domains including Operations, Information Technology, and Project Management. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive of the Singapore Branch, this leader ensures operational efficiency and service excellence that align with the bank's strategic goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the Central Operations Group overseeing Wealth (Private Banking), Treasury, Trade Finance, and Loan Operations, alongside Project Management and IT functions.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards, while implementing operational risk controls to mitigate financial, fraud, and reputational risks.
  • Drive business process re-engineering to optimize service quality, cost efficiency, and operational governance.
  • Manage KPIs and SLAs to consistently meet performance and service delivery targets; conduct service reviews with vendors and banking partners.
  • Supervise project portfolios relating to process improvement, product innovation, and automation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee IT areas including application support, development, infrastructure, audit compliance, and IT governance.

Candidate Qualifications
