Role Overview

We are currently seeking exceptional caregivers/support workers in the Raglan area who can assist clients with daily living activities, companionship, and enable them to reach their personal goals. Experience in community, residential, aged care, or rehabilitation environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, and dressing
Facilitating passive exercises and stretches
Helping with household chores and meal preparation
Transporting clients using their vehicles to appointments, work, and social/community events

Candidate Profile

Proactive individual with initiative and adaptability
Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills
Ability to follow established procedures and tasks efficiently
Positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor

Additional Requirements

Excellent communication abilities
Current residence in Raglan or nearby
Valid, clean full driver’s license
Previous caregiving or support worker experience with similar client groups
Legal authorization to work in New Zealand
Dependability, punctuality, honesty, and genuine care for clients
