Customer Support Executive - Banking Inbound Voice Process

About the Role

We are recruiting for a well-established banking process looking to fill the position of Customer Support Executive focused on inbound voice communication. The main responsibility will be managing incoming customer queries related to banking and delivering effective resolutions while spotting chances to promote banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and manage inbound calls from customers with banking inquiries.
• Respond with precise information and provide solutions to customer concerns.
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling banking offerings.
• Accurately maintain call documentation within CRM tools.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must hold a graduation degree in non-technical fields (such as B.Com, BBA, BA, or B.Sc Non-IT).
• Applicants with technical degrees like B.Tech, BE, MCA, or BCA in IT fields are disqualified.
• Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication is required.

Job Details

• Location: Noida, India
• Working shifts: Daytime or rotational shifts.
• Salary range: INR 17,500 to 25,000 plus incentives.
• Process type: Inbound voice support within banking.
