Team Leader Role Details

• Leading a team of 20 members.
• Achieving a monthly target of 125 Soundbox device sales.
• Must have prior experience handling a sales team.
• Must possess fintech sector experience, preferably with companies like Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay.
• Offered a salary of ₹35,000 take-home plus incentives per month.

Promoter Role Details

• Responsible for selling 25 Soundbox devices monthly.
• Salary structure varies as follows:
• ₹28,000 take-home for candidates with minimum one year of fintech field sales experience (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay).
• ₹18,000 take-home for candidates with any field sales experience or freshers.
• Positions based in Chennai.
