Overview
Airtel Payments Bank is looking to recruit dynamic individuals for Team Leader and Promoter positions focusing on the sales of Soundbox devices in Chennai. This role involves meeting and managing sales targets within a fintech environment.
Team Leader Role Details
- Leading a team of 20 members.
- Achieving a monthly target of 125 Soundbox device sales.
- Must have prior experience handling a sales team.
- Must possess fintech sector experience, preferably with companies like Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay.
- Offered a salary of ₹35,000 take-home plus incentives per month.
Promoter Role Details
- Responsible for selling 25 Soundbox devices monthly.
- Salary structure varies as follows:
- ₹28,000 take-home for candidates with minimum one year of fintech field sales experience (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay).
- ₹18,000 take-home for candidates with any field sales experience or freshers.
- Positions based in Chennai.
