Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our enthusiastic and friendly team in London. This leadership position offers full autonomy over the business operations to achieve long-term profitability while maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and train the team to consistently deliver exceptional service to guests.
- Take full accountability for the venue's performance including all aspects of operations and P&L management.
- Utilize strong financial acumen to maximize sales and surpass key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the operations team to enhance service delivery and ensure ongoing success of the cinema venue.

- Deep appreciation for food, beverages, customer service, and people management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business insight and self-motivation.
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within hospitality or customer service-focused sectors.
