Role Overview

- Possess advanced proficiency with SevenRooms software.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities both verbally and in writing.
- Show enthusiasm for broadening hospitality knowledge and career growth.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, cooperative team attitude.
- Previously worked in similar roles within upscale establishments.
- Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor consistently.
- Display a passion for exemplary hospitality and customer service.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Additional language skills in French, Italian, or Spanish are advantageous.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
