• Possess advanced proficiency with SevenRooms software.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities both verbally and in writing.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, cooperative team attitude.
• Previously worked in similar roles within upscale establishments.
• Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor consistently.
• Display a passion for exemplary hospitality and customer service.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Additional language skills in French, Italian, or Spanish are advantageous.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
