Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of interior finishing works on site.
• Oversee labor and contractor teams ensuring adherence to quality standards and design drawings.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the execution team for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of practical experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
• Experience working in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality settings is preferred.
• Strong site supervision capabilities and contractor management skills.
