Job Overview

Join a leading real estate company in Delhi NCR with over 60 years of expertise, currently managing prominent projects in Faridabad. This role involves supervising interior fit-out and finishing activities on-site, including FF&E, false ceiling installation, flooring, joinery, painting, and stone cladding.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of interior finishing works on site.
Oversee labor and contractor teams ensuring adherence to quality standards and design drawings.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines.
Collaborate closely with the execution team for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Approximately 10 years of practical experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
Experience working in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality settings is preferred.
Strong site supervision capabilities and contractor management skills.

Eligibility

Open to candidates without a graduation degree.
