Key Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the Global Business Office (GBO) and its market environment.
- Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify business priorities and translate them into effective talent development strategies.
- Leverage data and insights to guide stakeholders in strategic talent and organizational planning.
- Analyze program performance and identify gaps, contributing to program enhancements and defining success metrics.
- Design and implement communication strategies to promote talent development initiatives aligned with long-term objectives.
- Facilitate learning sessions, including for senior leaders, and customize learning experiences as needed.
- Collaborate with GBO HRBPs to assess global talent development needs and formulate strategic plans that measure business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 7 years focused on Learning & Development.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proven L&D consulting expertise within global organizations.
- Experienced in managing and leading L&D initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in designing and delivering advanced learning programs for executive audiences.
- Strong facilitation abilities and successful track record in executive training delivery.
- Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to build robust professional networks.
- Exceptional project management capabilities.
- Cultural competency with international or cross-cultural work experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI applications in learning, strategic advisory skills, organizational development insights, and relationship management.
