About the Role
Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Limited is urgently seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee the full recruitment cycle. This full-time position entails managing end-to-end hiring activities to attract and onboard top talent aligned with company needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Devise strategic hiring plans to attract qualified candidates effectively.
- Screen applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Liaise with department leaders to assess and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Manage job postings on multiple recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive pool of potential candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring efforts.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for newly hired employees.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruitment team to enhance performance.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms.
