About the Role
Diginnovx Solutions Private Limited is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager (female candidates only) to join their team in Gurugram. This role focuses on managing customer relations throughout the entire sales cycle in the healthcare and senior living domain, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer interactions starting from initial inquiries up to final admissions.
- Conduct facility tours to showcase services and offerings to prospective clients.
- Effectively convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Consistently work towards achieving occupancy rates and revenue goals.
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure smooth tracking of customer journeys.
Preferred Experience and Eligibility
- 2 to 6 years of experience in roles such as Relationship Management, Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Hospitality, Customer Experience, or Premium Sales.
- Professionals from hospitals, IVF centers, luxury hotels, senior living facilities, insurance, wellness, premium real estate, or similar industries are encouraged to apply.
- This position is open exclusively to female applicants.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges between INR 30,000 and INR 35,000.

This job is based in Gurugram, within the Delhi-NCR region.
