Role Overview

The position focuses on the Order to Cash and ICO processes, specifically covering these sub-processes:

Customer Master Data creation and updates
Billing operations
Cash application management
Collections and customer service activities
Month-end reporting and reconciliation tasks

Responsibilities

Initiate and amend customer master data as needed
Generate precise billing invoices
Process customer payments, recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Engage customers through calls or emails to recover outstanding invoices
Develop cash application reports and identify unapplied entries
Prepare dunning letters and statements of account
Communicate effectively in English with both domestic and international clients

Qualifications and Experience

1 to 3 years of pertinent experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable and ICO domain
Educational background: Degree in Accounting or Commerce graduate
Familiarity with ERP platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid accounting knowledge
Ability to manage teams
