Senior Associate - Operations

Role Overview

The position focuses on the Order to Cash and ICO processes, specifically covering these sub-processes:

• Customer Master Data creation and updates
• Billing operations
• Cash application management
• Collections and customer service activities
• Month-end reporting and reconciliation tasks

Responsibilities

• Initiate and amend customer master data as needed
• Generate precise billing invoices
• Process customer payments, recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Engage customers through calls or emails to recover outstanding invoices
• Develop cash application reports and identify unapplied entries
• Prepare dunning letters and statements of account
• Communicate effectively in English with both domestic and international clients

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of pertinent experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable and ICO domain
• Educational background: Degree in Accounting or Commerce graduate
• Familiarity with ERP platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid accounting knowledge
• Ability to manage teams
