Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to drive field sales efforts by engaging potential clients and promoting Club Mahindra Holiday Membership plans. The role includes a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, providing an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹25,000 and ₹50,000 depending on experience
Unlimited incentive earnings potential with monthly bonuses
Travel allowance as per company policies
Overall earnings potential of ₹60,000 to ₹80,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer meetings through scheduled appointments and leads provided by the company
Present and explain membership plans for Club Mahindra holidays
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers
Generate referrals through satisfied existing clients
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Manage ongoing customer follow-ups and update CRM systems accordingly

Preferred Experience

Background in banking, insurance, real estate, automobile, hospitality, telecom sales, direct sales, field sales, B2B, or B2C sales

Eligibility Criteria

Between six months to five years of sales experience
Proficiency in English and Hindi communication
Ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred
