Job Overview
Join Aditya Birla Capital as a Sales Manager focusing on Direct Sales in Bihar. This role involves strategizing and executing sales operations to meet targets while staying attuned to local market dynamics and competitive activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager of ABHFL to plan and drive sales activities targeting achievement of assigned objectives including cross-selling opportunities.
- Continuously monitor the regional market environment and competitor products to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare and contribute data to generate regular MIS reports tracking disbursements, Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and sales target progress.
- Engage with a designated list of prospects to initiate and nurture client relationships through interactions with stakeholders at the ground level.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of products and confidently relay their features and advantages to potential clients.
