Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and self-assured Telecaller to efficiently manage client communications and follow-up processes. This role involves reaching out to current and potential clients to build and maintain relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups that help convert leads into confirmed business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to both clients and travel agents.
Follow up diligently on leads, price quotations, and pending bookings.
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Record client interactions, call logs, and follow-up statuses in CRM software or Excel sheets.
Collaborate with internal teams to verify rates, availability, and booking confirmations.
Respond to client inquiries professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
Ensure bookings are closed on time and pursue payment follow-ups as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Effective communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
Experience of 6 months to 2 years in telecalling or customer service, with a preference for candidates from the travel sector.
Familiarity with travel booking portals such as MakeMyTrip and GoIbibo is advantageous.
Strong ability to follow up and persuade clients.
Basic computer literacy including use of Excel, WhatsApp, and email.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 INR. The role is based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, and requires onsite attendance.
