About the Role
This is a full-time position as an Online Business Manager working remotely from home. The role involves collaborating with dynamic and expanding entrepreneurs based primarily on a Monday to Friday US shift schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support including managing inboxes and calendars, planning travel itineraries, summarizing minutes from meetings, and preparing business presentations.
- Conduct and summarize online research using both primary and secondary sources to support informed business decision-making.
- Manage data-related tasks such as collecting, cleaning, validating, formatting, and presenting data within various databases and MIS reports.
- Assist businesses with lead generation through online platforms and web scraping techniques, manage CRM entries, update lead statuses, and establish lead workflows as necessary.
- Coordinate project management activities, liaising with executives, departments, and vendors to ensure deadlines are met and issues are communicated promptly.
- Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned by key company executives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience with a stable employment history.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong aptitude in mathematics and logical reasoning.
- Proven capability in conflict resolution within the workplace.
- Highly self-motivated and well-organized individual.
Job Prerequisites
- High-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps.
- Windows laptop with 16GB RAM, equipped with at least an Intel i3 10th generation processor (i5 preferred).
- Functioning good quality camera and headset.
