About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team on a full-time contract basis, working remotely from anywhere in the United States. The role offers flexible weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours, with compensation between $15 and $20 per hour.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates by employing creative and innovative recruitment methods.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, managing the process from initial candidate contact through to job offer acceptance.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback collection, and ensure candidates experience a seamless hiring journey.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continually refine and improve hiring strategies.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of candidates in the applicant tracking system.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing full recruitment cycles, preferably in a startup environment.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates using multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
- Strong ability to handle multiple recruitment requisitions simultaneously and effectively manage pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting.
- Proven skill in developing relationships with various stakeholders across organizational levels.
