Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager at HDFC Bank Limited is responsible for leading and expanding a dynamic team of Financial and Insurance Advisors. This role focuses on enhancing the Life Insurance business through effective team management, strategic customer engagement, and consistent achievement of sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit and nurture a high-performing team of Financial Advisors and Insurance Advisors.
• Deliver training, motivation, and continual support to advisors to meet and surpass business objectives.
• Spearhead the generation of Life Insurance business leveraging the advisor network.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with both advisors and customers to foster business growth.
• Drive sales to meet monthly revenue targets and ensure quality business transactions.
• Organize and conduct regular meetings, field visits, and training sessions aimed at advisor development and performance enhancement.

Additional Information

Salary ranges between INR 25,000 and 32,000 per month.
