Position Details

Location: Midland, Ontario
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Hourly Wage: 20 dollars
Status: Current vacancy

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the building remains clean, attractive, and welcoming at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, kitchens, and washrooms
• Sweep and mop floors regularly
• Clean windows and dust blinds
• Handle garbage disposal appropriately
• Maintain cleaning tools and products in clean, safe conditions
• Monitor for repairs and communicate needs

Required Skills and Competencies

• Understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation materials, and safe methods
• WHMIS certification is advantageous
• Physical fitness including reaching, kneeling, bending capabilities
• Capability to carry and maneuver loads up to 50 pounds

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of a Canadian background check
