Position Details
Location: Midland, Ontario
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Hourly Wage: 20 dollars
Status: Current vacancy
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the building remains clean, attractive, and welcoming at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, kitchens, and washrooms
- Sweep and mop floors regularly
- Clean windows and dust blinds
- Handle garbage disposal appropriately
- Maintain cleaning tools and products in clean, safe conditions
- Monitor for repairs and communicate needs
Required Skills and Competencies
- Understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation materials, and safe methods
- WHMIS certification is advantageous
- Physical fitness including reaching, kneeling, bending capabilities
- Capability to carry and maneuver loads up to 50 pounds
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of a Canadian background check
