The role requires maintaining accurate documentation, preparing payment calculations, and occasionally performing fieldwork related to daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination of dispatch and delivery schedules via phone communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records related to delivery and dispatch transactions.
- Prepare and calculate payments to be made to respective parties following delivery completion.
- Conduct periodic field visits to support and facilitate day-to-day business operations.
