Operation Executive

Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the dispatch and delivery process, ensuring smooth operations within the company. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation, preparing payment calculations, and occasionally performing fieldwork related to daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage coordination of dispatch and delivery schedules via phone communication.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records related to delivery and dispatch transactions.
• Prepare and calculate payments to be made to respective parties following delivery completion.
• Conduct periodic field visits to support and facilitate day-to-day business operations.
