About the internship
This work-from-home internship is centered on telecalling and prospect engagement for upcoming online workshops and live sessions. The role involves speaking with registered leads, explaining the value of the sessions, and helping interested people move forward with attendance and participation.
What you will do
- Reach out to registered prospects and remind them about upcoming online workshops and live sessions.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of attending and respond to basic questions with confidence.
- Motivate prospects to participate by emphasizing the learning value and outcomes of the session.
- Track and follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Keep accurate daily records of calls, follow-ups, and attendance changes.
- Work closely with the internal team so communication with participants stays smooth and coordinated.
- Maintain a professional image while building positive connections with prospects.

Requirements
- Strong spoken Hindi is compulsory.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.

- Availability during workshop days, including evenings when needed, is necessary.
Perks and stipend structure
The internship offers flexible working hours. The stipend is in the range of INR 8,200 to 20,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month, plus an incentive component of ₹200 to ₹5,000 per month.
