Role Overview
This position involves managing daily sales support operations to ensure quality outcomes with guidance as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in Management or Engineering
- 0 to 4 years of professional experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for order booking processes.
- Monitor and track Contract Notification Tab activities.
- Reserve orders for designated Account Managers.
- Ensure all orders are approved within 48 hours after package validation.
- Enter all Name Change requests into Tiger and Salesforce platforms.
- Create disconnection orders within 24 hours of requests from Collections or Credit teams and ensure prompt processing.
