Job Overview
This role requires an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to drive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with an MBA/PGDM, where Non-Engineering graduates must have at least two years of experience between graduation and their MBA/PGDM. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and the sales lifecycle.
- Take full accountability for managing leads, ensuring consistent follow-up for successful closure.
- Organize and maintain a sales calendar outlining monthly events and activities.
- Continuously monitor competitors' activities such as pricing, special offers, and unique project features to gain sales advantage.
- Stay informed about all HFI initiatives and their interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams regularly to provide accurate and timely feedback to customers.
- Achieve the targeted sales figures as set by the immediate supervisor.
