About the Role
You will support HR and payroll operations by delivering technology solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This position is with a major residential window and door manufacturer whose brand portfolio serves both new construction and replacement markets across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR and payroll teams by improving business processes through practical, scalable technology support.
- Administer Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll tools across multiple business units.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to support Workday HCM-related technology needs.
- Convert business needs into technical requirements or suggest process improvements when a system fix is not the best solution.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and ongoing support for Workday HCM issues.
- Create reports and dashboards that help monitor important HR performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with emphasis on Workday HCM.
- Hands-on knowledge of Core HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll administration.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Clear verbal and written communication, along with good interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
