About the Role

Our client, a leading company in the power sports sector, is looking for a skilled Contract Recruiter to join their team on a six-month contract with possibility of extension or permanent placement. This fully remote role requires availability to operate within Eastern or Central US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for about 15 job openings spanning IT, engineering, and business departments.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, devise hiring strategies, and define sourcing methods.
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans, including active candidate outreach and screening applicant databases.
  • Perform telephone screenings and present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers with concise assessments.
  • Work alongside recruiting operations to organize interview schedules and manage interview panels.
  • Lead post-interview discussions helping hiring managers make well-informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present employment offers in collaboration with HR, ensuring alignment with company needs.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate and requisition data using the Workday applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure recruitment procedures are consistent and positively impact candidate and hiring manager experiences.
