About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Procurement Department, based in our New York office with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote. This position is integral to managing contract negotiations, drafting, and administration to support our sourcing initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and legal teams to resolve contract-related concerns and minimize risks.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of contract versions, approvals, and execution progress.
  • Support Senior Sourcing Managers during vendor selection, RFP/RFI processes, and bid evaluations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and supporting documents for procurement decision-making.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Coordinate client requests and purchasing activities, acting as the intermediary between stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Provide administrative and communicative assistance to facilitate procurement operations.
  • Create and analyze procurement reports to uncover trends, savings opportunities, and compliance issues.
  • Maintain contract lifecycle management tools like dashboards and trackers.
  • Collaborate with executives, legal teams, and business units to align procurement practices with company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
