About the Role
At Foster + Partners, the Executive Assistant serves as a crucial partner to Senior Partners and project teams, ensuring the seamless operation of the studio. This dynamic, people-oriented role demands exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, and discretion to support senior leaders in maintaining focus on design leadership within a creative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, organize meetings, and coordinate international travel independently with confidence and autonomy.
- Build and maintain productive relationships, collaborating across various levels of the organisation.
- Anticipate the needs of Senior Partners and proactively manage competing priorities and challenges as they arise.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing executive-level support, such as in a personal assistant or similar role.
- Expertise in arranging and managing high-profile meetings, events, and presentations.
- Strong communication skills, capable of representing senior leadership internally and externally with professionalism.
- Excellent organisational capabilities, including managing correspondence, expenses, and essential documentation efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability handling complex scheduling and international travel arrangements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
