About the Role
Your Urban Physio (YUP), a physiotherapy coworking and healthcare facility located on FC Road, Pune, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to manage administrative and patient-facing activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to patient queries and assist both walk-ins and calls professionally.
- Liaise effectively with physiotherapists and healthcare staff for coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and carry out general administrative duties.
- Support billing processes and assist with daily operational tasks.
