Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend to patient queries and assist both walk-ins and calls professionally.
• Liaise effectively with physiotherapists and healthcare staff for coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and carry out general administrative duties.
• Support billing processes and assist with daily operational tasks.
