About the Role

Join Sprout & Co as a Team Member, where you will be a vital part of our operations and customer experience. This position offers both full-time and part-time options and reports directly to the Restaurant Leader. With an hourly pay rate ranging from €14.15 to €14.50 based on your experience and role, this role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and quality food.

Role Responsibilities

• Engage in various daily tasks, including prepping fresh ingredients, setting up service areas, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Provide warm and genuine customer interactions, ensuring patrons feel welcomed and valued.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and safety standards to keep the restaurant environment inviting and compliant.
• Gain hands-on experience working with different service line elements, such as till operations, toppings, and food mixing.
• Follow detailed checklists to guarantee each dish meets presentation and taste expectations.
• Develop familiarity with the menu to confidently assist and advise customers on food choices.
• Enforce and support food safety, hygiene, and health and safety measures rigorously.
