Warehouse Administrator

Job Overview

Epiroc seeks a Warehouse Administrator to oversee warehouse activities at its Ghana site in Tarkwa. This position calls for a meticulous individual with considerable expertise in warehouse administration, inventory supervision, stock control, and logistics coordination. The role involves ensuring the correct receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Duties

• Handle consignment stock by managing receiving, dispatching, and keeping precise inventory records.
• Perform frequent stock counts and inventory reconciliations to validate accuracy and maintain stock integrity.
• Efficiently manage warehouse paperwork including returns, invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Track inventory levels, study consumption patterns, and assist in replenishment planning to meet demand.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, factories, and distribution centers to guarantee timely delivery of orders and address any logistics challenges.
• Ensure warehouse operations are safe, comply with regulations, and focus on continuous improvement by preparing detailed reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of at least a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply or related disciplines.
• Willingness to adapt to operational timetables, including participation in a 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Effective time management skills for prioritizing and completing duties within set deadlines.
• Physical capability and expertise in safely performing repetitive heavy lifting, following correct techniques.
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively within team settings.
• Computer literacy, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database software.
• High attention to detail ensuring accuracy throughout stock management and documentation.

• Work Location: Tarkwa, Western Region, Ghana.
• Reporting to the Marketing & Customer Solution Lead.
• This role involves working under a 24-hour warehouse operation schedule requiring flexibility, physical fitness, and compliance with safety procedures.
