About the internship

What you'll do
- Find potential candidates using job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Make calls to candidates and evaluate them against job requirements.
- Set up interview slots for shortlisted applicants.
- Recommend suitable job openings to candidates based on their profile.
- Work toward monthly hiring and placement goals.
- Update and organize candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
