About the internship

This internship is focused on recruitment support within an HR talent solutions company based in Kandivali West, Mumbai. The role involves working with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and helping candidates connect with appropriate opportunities.

What you'll do

• Find potential candidates using job portals and other recruitment platforms.
• Make calls to candidates and evaluate them against job requirements.
• Set up interview slots for shortlisted applicants.
• Recommend suitable job openings to candidates based on their profile.
• Work toward monthly hiring and placement goals.
• Update and organize candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to applicants who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 6 Jul 2026 and 10 Aug 2026, and stay for 3 months. Candidates must be based in Mumbai and should bring relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Stipend and payout structure

The stipend is INR 6,000 to 7,500 per month. The payout includes a fixed component of ₹5,000 per month and an additional incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 per month.
