Role Overview

We seek an Assistant Manager in People Analytics to enhance our HR data-driven decision-making capabilities. This key individual contributor role involves developing comprehensive people analytics, delivering actionable insights, supporting compensation-related research, and collaborating across People Business Partners, People Operations, Rewards, and Finance teams to inform strategic leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain people dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, and cost metrics.
  • Extract insights from employee data to assist HR leadership, PBPs, and business teams.
  • Create automated, scalable reporting solutions and monitor trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct research related to compensation including market benchmarking, internal pay parity, and performance-based pay analysis.
  • Support compensation cycle activities, including data analytics, simulations, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Rewards and Finance on budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems and promote data hygiene initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR operations to enhance data collection processes and quality.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and support leadership reviews with structured analytics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and scalability.
  • Contribute to fostering a strong analytics-driven culture within the People team.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Rewards Analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase preferred.
  • Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and employee lifecycle data.
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and rewards systems.
  • Exposure to HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics related to employee costs.
