Job Overview
Located in Mattar, this full-time position offers a 5-day work week with occasional after-hours emergency support. The basic salary can reach up to $4,400, with meals provided and attractive benefits included. Role Responsibilities
- Deliver casework and counseling services to teenagers in residential care
- Conduct thorough needs and risk assessments and develop Individual Care Plans accordingly
- Collaborate closely with external partners such as schools, agencies, and healthcare providers
- Facilitate restorative and family counseling sessions
- Monitor resident progress, handle incidents, and maintain comprehensive case records
- Take part in weekly case conferences including follow-up activities
- Organize and lead group sessions, life skills training, and developmental workshops
- Coordinate enrichment activities, classes, and educational talks
- Prepare reports and assist the Head of Home with designated tasks
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or registration as a Social Worker
- At least two years of experience in casework or youth support services
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling abilities
- Compassionate, resilient, and motivated to empower vulnerable youth
- Willingness to provide support during after-hours emergencies
