Production Operator

Overview

This role is for a production operator at a multinational US company in Singapore. The position offers a rotating roster, strong overtime potential, and a benefits package that includes allowances and annual bonuses.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay is $1,800 per month.
• Daily meal, transport, and shift allowances are provided.
• There is substantial overtime availability, with about 20 to 40 OT hours possible.
• Estimated monthly gross earnings can reach around $2,500 to $2,800 or more.
• Additional benefits include AWS (13th month bonus), performance bonus, medical coverage, annual increment, and annual leave.

Working Schedule

• The job follows a 4-day work week on a roster that may include weekends and public holidays.
• Shift hours are 7:30am to 7:30pm or 7:30pm to 7:30am.
• Candidates can choose either a fixed morning shift or a fixed night shift.

Key Duties

• Run production equipment and keep it operating safely and smoothly.
• Pack batteries and maintain strict quality standards during the process.
• Follow all plant safety rules and workplace procedures.
• Handle the loading and unloading of raw materials as well as finished goods.

Role Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 15 kg.
• No colour blindness.
• No allergy to chemicals.
