Position Overview
Skillroom India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Chat Support Executive to join their team at the Noida Sector 62 office. This role primarily involves providing international email support with a partial focus on voice communications in an international environment.
Work Details
- Location: Noida Sector 62 (on-site).
- Five working days per week.
- Shift timings follow a rotational schedule.
Compensation
- Monthly in-hand salary: ₹40,000.
- Total annual cost to company (CTC): ₹5.55 lakhs.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 80% of communications via email support.
- Handle about 20% of international voice support tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience handling international voice processes is required.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to comfortably work with both email and voice support channels.
- Preference for candidates who are available to join immediately.
