About DSD and Role Overview

DSD is expanding its Sydney-based team in Surry Hills, specializing in commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across Australia with clients in workplace, retail, and multi-site sectors. We seek a commercially savvy Contract Administrator eager to take ownership and advance their career within a dynamic interiors company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage subcontract agreements thoroughly.
  • Develop detailed scopes of work for subcontractor and trade packages.
  • Handle procurement, trade allocations, and subcontractor negotiations.
