About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work arrangement based in the United States. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for data accuracy, efficient data management, and supporting business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across company databases and information systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to processing.
- Identify and correct discrepancies, duplicates, and missing data entries.
- Generate regular reports and provide basic data analysis assistance when necessary.
- Organize and secure electronic records following company protocols.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to guarantee timely and precise data handling.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and streamlining processes.
- Document data entry workflows and keep thorough records of completed tasks.
Requirements
- Experience level: Entry to Junior (0 to 3+ years), including internships.
- Background in data entry, administrative support, data management, or related fields.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and similar data management applications.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data validation techniques.
- Strong organizational abilities, effective time management, and clear communication skills.
- Capacity to juggle multiple assignments and meet deadlines within a hybrid work setting.
- Robust problem-solving abilities coupled with dedication to data precision.
- Fluent command of English.
- Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States.
- Willingness and ability to commute to the designated office location when required.
