About the Role
We are seeking an External Sales Representative to independently sell road implements and consortia within their assigned region. This position requires managing a customer portfolio, fostering client relationships, and implementing loyalty strategies. The candidate will also prepare commercial proposals and monitor the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales of road equipment and consortia autonomously within the designated area.
- Oversee and nurture the client portfolio, developing strong relationships and retention plans.
- Create and present commercial proposals while tracking the progress of sales opportunities.
- Meet set sales targets and regularly visit clients and partners to sustain business growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed high school education.
- Proficient in market analysis methods such as benchmarking, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation utilizing specialized tools.
- Creative in devising strategies to boost sales, improve profitability, and achieve organizational goals.
- Knowledgeable about negotiation strategies and tactics.
Additional Information
- Contract Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws employment contract).
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
