This position covers the full employee journey, including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations support, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations. You will also work closely with local HR Administrators and provide practical guidance to help ensure smooth service delivery across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle core HR processes end to end, including onboarding, contract changes, benefits administration, leave administration, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Keep employee data and location-specific HR documents accurate and up to date in HR systems.
  • Provide first-level advice on HR policies, procedures, and issues arising across the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist managers with routine people-related processes and practical best-practice support.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and assist with monthly payroll execution.
  • Support employee relations matters and escalate more complex cases when needed.
  • Stay informed about local employment legislation and help ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
  • Support rollout of regional and global HR initiatives such as leadership development, system updates, and performance management processes.
  • Develop strong working relationships within the People team and across the business to support a smooth employee experience.
  • Contribute to HR projects and ongoing improvements to processes and ways of working.
  • Guide and support local HR Administrators on a day-to-day basis where required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or operational role.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and employee processes.
  • Background in a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with HR or HCM systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to handle several priorities at once.
  • Professional approach, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Business-level English and local language skills relevant to the countries supported.
  • HR qualification or certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting more than one country or region is preferred.
  • Experience working on employee relations matters or alongside ER teams is preferred.
  • Experience in HR transformation or process improvement is preferred.
