Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of food processing areas, storage rooms, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen utensils, corridors, holding zones, and operational equipment.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow assigned duty schedules and work shifts responsibly.
• Carry out all stewarding duties according to provided instructions.
• Minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage during daily tasks.

Experience, Education & Skills

Candidates should possess vocational training in food and beverage services coupled with prior experience as a Kitchen Steward. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
