Overview

This role is for a production operator at a multinational US company in Singapore. The position offers a rotating roster, strong overtime potential, and a benefits package that includes allowances and annual bonuses.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $1,800 per month.
Daily meal, transport, and shift allowances are provided.
There is substantial overtime availability, with about 20 to 40 OT hours possible.
Estimated monthly gross earnings can reach around $2,500 to $2,800 or more.
Additional benefits include AWS (13th month bonus), performance bonus, medical coverage, annual increment, and annual leave.

Working Schedule

The job follows a 4-day work week on a roster that may include weekends and public holidays.
Shift hours are 7:30am to 7:30pm or 7:30pm to 7:30am.
Candidates can choose either a fixed morning shift or a fixed night shift.

Key Duties

Run production equipment and keep it operating safely and smoothly.
Pack batteries and maintain strict quality standards during the process.
Follow all plant safety rules and workplace procedures.
Handle the loading and unloading of raw materials as well as finished goods.

Role Requirements

Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 15 kg.
No colour blindness.
No allergy to chemicals.
