Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable Remote Communication Assistant to join the team full-time. This role demands managing professional communication, coordination, and routine administrative duties to promote operational clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally engage with clients, team members, and external stakeholders via chat and online calls.
• Provide clear, polite, and prompt responses to messages.
• Arrange and track follow-ups effectively.
• Deliver daily reports on completed tasks, pending issues, and significant conversations.
• Comprehend instructions swiftly and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Apply sound judgment when communicating and representing the company.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Qualification and Skills

• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken at a conversational level.
• Experienced with video calls, online research, and digital communication tools.
• Reliable internet access suitable for remote work.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making in communication.
• Friendly, patient, and respectful demeanor.

Compensation and Logistics

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from USD 1,500 to USD 4,000, along with commissions averaging USD 300 per month and additional bonuses amounting to up to 10% of the base compensation.

Work location is fully remote but open only to residents of Australia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Switzerland.
